Favorite....do I have to just choose one? OK.... Grilled American Cheese on Good Seed Bread. Use Mayo instead of butter to put on the outside of the bread then you put two slices of processed (yes I said processed) american cheese on the bread. Grill as you would a regular grilled cheese. (I really like peanut butter, butter and banana on good seed bread too)

Turkey Dinnerwich
This is something that I make after Thanksgiving. It would probably go great on the Peace Bomb. Thinly slice your leftover turkey and layer it on a baguette style bread (peace bomb). Top with some of your leftover stuffing. Shmear some of your cranberry sauce on the other side of the bread and smoosh it together. If you are a brave one you can throw some gravy on it as well. Not quite as healthy but its goooooooood!

Katie and Alex's Chicken Curry Salad
Ingredients
- 3 whole chicken breasts, bone-on skin-on
- Olive Oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 1 ½ cups good mayonnaise(or, yummy Vegenaise)
- ⅓ cup dry white wine
- ¼ cup chutney (reccomended: Major Greys)
- 3 tbsp. curry powder
- 1 cup medium-diced celery (about 3 large stalks)
- ⅓ cup chopped scallions, white and green parts (3 scallions)
- ¼ cup raisins
- 1 cup sunflower seeds
- Dave's Killer Bread--Powerseed recommended!
Directions
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F.
- Place the chicken breasts on a sheet pan and rub the skin with olive oil. Sprinkle liberally with salt and pepper. Roast for 35 to 40 minutes, until the chicken is just cooked. Set aside until cool enough to handle.
- Remove the meat from the bones, discard the skin, and dice the chicken into large bite-size pieces.
- For the dressing, combine the mayonnaise, wine, chutney, curry powder, and 1 1/2 teaspoons salt in the bowl of a food processor fitted with the steel blade. Process until smooth.
- Combine the chicken with enough dressing to moisten well. Add the celery, scallions, and raisins, and mix well. Refrigerate for a few hours to allow the flavors to blend. Add the sunflower seeds and serve at room temperature.
- Toast 2 pieces of Dave's Killer Powerseed.....add lettuce, chicken salad, and romaine---good with mustard and mayo!!
Enjoy! We love Dave's Killer Bread!!!!!

Nolan's Breakfast Indulgence
Killer Cracked Wheat or Rockin' Rye, toasted. Slather with mayo so it absorbs like butter. Then layer sharp cheddar or pepperjack; a couple of fried eggs; turkey or regular pastrami (fried, of course); and more cheese. Couple of slices of avocado don't hurt if you have 'em. Best way to eat this is... alone and over the sink! Yeah, there are a few calories and fat here. So for lunch you can have your tofu and sprouts on Good Seed Spelt. :)

The Late Summer Pleaser
First, you have to get a chicken apple sausage (or any smoked sausage you fancy) and slice it longways and throw it in the George Foreman or pan fry it till it is crispy, then split a Dave's peace bomb and spread with a bit of dijon mustard and mayo then place thinly sliced pears over the mayo/mustard and cover it with sliced brie ( or havarti if your not into that) and place it under the broiler. When it is all bubbly throw your grilled sausage and a handful of arugula on that and VOILA! Delish!

On the OTHER side of the slice you capped it with, add mayonaise and either Beaver Honey Mustard or Monastery Mustard Honey Mustard (can you tell I'm a bit of a locavore?!?!?). Thinly sliced grass fed organic Oregon Roast Beef, Bacon, and dandylion greens (for a bit of bitter) along with Tillamook Cheddar top it off. The Grammywich
My Favorite Sammich, the Grammywich. 2 slices of Dave's Killer Goodseed bread, mayo & stone ground Grey Poupon mustard thinly sliced and layered roast beast, sliced to cover sharp cheddar cheese, a layer of cream cheese, sliced cucumbers, fresh sliced tomatoes, and finally, a nice thick layer of fresh spinach.
*I thought this was sweet, so I wanted to include it
Now, the REST of the story is, I was my Grammy's Caregiver for the last 20+ years of her life, and she wound up with serious dementia. She just decided she didn't like much, but she still LOVED sammiches! She was anemic, so I had to figure ways to stuff the max veggies, max fiber and iron in the minimalist space requirements. So the Grammywich was born! We would pretend that we were driving besides a limo, and she would say "Pardon me, but do you happen to have some grey poupon?" and then laughs like silly schoolchildren.
I still miss her, and still make these sammiches for her. :~)

Killer Queen Greens
Killer bread is the prerequisite to a killer sandwich. In the spirit of classic rock and neoclassic flavor, the sandwich I'd pack is Killer Queen Greens: Toast two slices of Killer Rockin' Rye Bread (what else?), slather with pesto, then layer on some mesclun, cucumber slices, and warm goat cheese. And what to do for dessert? I'd pack a crazy little thing called a Sin-Dawg, of course! Naturally, this whole bohemian rhapsody of flavors would all be packed in my new Goodbyn lunchbox. =)
