- Dave's Killer Bread, lightly toasted (We recommend Sprouted Wheat or Speltˆ)
- Red Bell Pepper
- Shredded Carrots
- 2 Cloves Garlic, Minced
Sauté the kale, onions, red pepper, carrots, and garlic in a little olive oil with a touch of balsamic vinegar. Spread the slaw on the bread, add some fresh sliced avocado to the top, and you've got yourself a Killer Kaleslaw sandwich!
