  • 2 slices of 21 Whole Grains and Seeds Thin-Sliced, toasted
  • 1 egg
  • Bacon
  • Spinach
  • Tomato


  1. Toast the bread, and butter it with organic butter.
  2. Fry the egg in coconut oil with a little salt and lots of pepper.
  3. Bake the bacon in the oven on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes
  4. Then you just put it all together... Spinach, tomatoes, egg, and bacon. Would be great with avocado and sprouts too. Sky is the limit! 😉
