- 2 slices of 21 Whole Grains and Seeds Thin-Sliced, toasted
- 1 egg
- Toast the bread, and butter it with organic butter.
- Fry the egg in coconut oil with a little salt and lots of pepper.
- Bake the bacon in the oven on a cookie sheet at 350 degrees for about 20 minutes
- Then you just put it all together... Spinach, tomatoes, egg, and bacon. Would be great with avocado and sprouts too. Sky is the limit! 😉
