- 2 slices of DKB's Good Seed® Thin-Sliced, toasted
- 1/2 avocado, sliced
- 1 small hot house tomato sliced
- red onion, sliced
- Roasted Red Pepper Hummus (or flavor of your choice)
- Cucumber, sliced
- Toast your bread!
- Spread hummus on each side of the bread
- Layer with avocado, tomato, onion and cucumber. Slice in half.
- Stuff into your mouth while trying to say "omg that's good" 😋
