  • 2 slices of DKB's Good Seed® Thin-Sliced, toasted
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1 small hot house tomato sliced
  • red onion, sliced
  • Roasted Red Pepper Hummus (or flavor of your choice)
  • Cucumber, sliced 


  1. Toast your bread! 
  2. Spread hummus on each side of the bread
  3. Layer with avocado, tomato, onion and cucumber. Slice in half.
  4. Stuff into your mouth while trying to say "omg that's good" 😋
