  • 2 slices of Dave's Sprouted Whole Grains bread
  • 2 tbsp Wild Friends Honey Pretzel Peanut Butter (or other nut butter of choice)
  • 1 tsp rapsflower honey (or honey of choice)
  • 1/2 very ripe banana sliced into coins (the riper, the sweeter)


  1. Spread one tbsp PB on each slice of bread.
  2. On one slice, spread the honey on top of the peanut butter.
  3. Top evenly with banana coins, smush together, and toast until bread has reached desired toastiness :)
