Whole Grain “White”
I've been working diligently on a new 100% Whole Grain "White" Bread. It’s nearly finished, but I am looking for feedback before it gets final packaging and hits the store shelves.
This is what it is all about: some people just can’t seem to appreciate the taste of whole grain, and this bread is for those who love white bread but want whole grain nutrition. It has all the benefits of whole-grain bread, because that’s just what it is. But it’s made with a breed of organic wheat that has a lighter look and taste, and is finely ground to give the bread a more white bread-like texture. This bread has 4g of fiber per slice and all the other good nutrition whole grain provides. It just tastes different. It is very kid-friendly!
