Ham & Gruyere Cheese with Bacon and Fig Jam Baked Sliders

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Tbsp. salted butter, melted

  • 1 Tbsp. stone ground mustard

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder

  • 2 tsp. fresh thyme, stems removed and finely minced

  • 1 package Dave’s Killer Bread Rock ‘N’ Rolls®, cut in half

  • ½ pound thinly sliced deli ham

  • 2 cups gruyere cheese, shredded

  • ½ pound bacon, cooked and crumbled

  • ¼ cup fig jam

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

  2. In a small bowl stir together melted butter, mustard, garlic powder, and thyme. Set aside.

  3. Place bottom halves of rolls on parchment paper-lined baking sheet.

  4. Add half the shredded cheese to the bottom buns followed by ham and crumbled bacon. Top with remaining cheese.

  5. Evenly spread fig jam on the inside of the tops of rolls and place on top of ham and cheese sliders.

  6. Brush melted butter mixture on tops of slider rolls.

  7. Tightly cover baking sheet with aluminum foil and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until cheese is melted and gooey.

  8. Remove foil and bake an additional 3-5 minutes, or until tops of sliders are golden.

  9. Remove from oven and enjoy immediately!
