Classic Reuben Sandwich
Reuben meet Dave. Dave meet Reuben. Get ready to make the boldest and baddest sando on rye out there.
- Makes 1 serving - INGREDIENTS- Sandwich: - 2 slices Dave’s Killer Bread Righteous Rye™ Bread 
- 1 Tbsp. butter, softened 
- 2-3 Tbsp. Russian Dressing (recipe below) 
- 2 slices Swiss cheese 
- ¼ pound corned beef, sliced 
- ¼ cup sauerkraut 
 - Russian Dressing: - ¼ cup mayonnaise 
- 1 ½ Tbsp. ketchup 
- 1 Tbsp. horseradish 
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 
- 1 tsp. sugar 
- 1/8 tsp. paprika 
- 1/8 tsp. kosher salt 
- 1/8 tsp. black pepper 
 - Directions:
- Prepare Russian Dressing by whisking all ingredients together in a small bowl until smooth and creamy. Set aside. 
- Butter one side of each slice of bread. On the opposite side, spread 1 tablespoon of Russian dressing on each slice. 
- Top one slice with Swiss cheese, corned beef, and sauerkraut. Top with remaining slice, dressing side down. 
- Heat a medium skillet over medium heat. Place rye sandwich in skillet and cook until bread is golden, and cheese is melted, about 2-3 minutes per side. 
- Cut sandwich in half and serve. 
- Leftover Russian dressing will keep in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for 7 days.
