bestest eggnog bread pudding

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 loaf Dave’s Killer Bread Good Seed®, torn into bite-sized pieces

  • 4 cups eggnog

  • ¼ cup sugar

  • 2 tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla extract

  • ½ tsp. nutmeg

  • 2 eggs

  • ½ cup raisins

  • ½ cup pecans, roughly chopped

  • ¼ cup powdered sugar, to garnish

 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 and grease a baking dish. Set aside.

  2. Place torn Good Seed® in a large bowl. Set aside.

  3. In a separate large bowl, whisk together eggnog, sugar, cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg and eggs.

  4. Add bread to eggnog mixture and stir to combine. Fold in raisins and pecans.

  5. Pour into greased baking dish.

  6. Bake bread pudding for 45-55 minutes, or until top is golden and slightly puffed.

  7. Remove from oven and let cool slightly before sprinkling powdered sugar on top. Enjoy!
