Grilled Jalapeno Crunch

INGREDIENTS:

Directions:

  1. Add softened butter to the inside of each slice of sandwich roll and toast for 1-2 minutes on a skillet over medium-high heat.  

  2. Reduce skillet heat to medium-low. Place bottom of sandwich roll on skillet and top with cheese and chopped grilled jalapeno. Top with sandwich roll. 

  3. Cook for 3-4 minutes, or until cheese is melted and gooey. Tip: place a lid over skillet to trap heat and let cheese melt quicker. 

  4. Remove sandwich from heat and enjoy!
