  • 2 Tbsp. sour cream

  • 1 ½ Tbsp. ketchup

  • 1 ½ Tbsp. dill pickle relish

  • 1 tsp. grated horseradish from a jar

  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice

  • ¼ tsp. sea salt

  • ¼ tsp. black pepper

  • 8 slices Dave’s Killer Bread Righteous Rye™

  • 1 pound thinly sliced corned beef

  • 4 Tbsp. salted butter

  • 1 cup sauerkraut, drained

  • 8 slices Swiss cheese

Directions:

  1. Prepare the Russian dressing: in a small bowl mix together mayonnaise, sour cream, ketchup, dill pickle relish, horseradish, lemon juice, sea salt and pepper. Set aside.

  3. Add one tablespoon butter to a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Once skillet is hot, add sandwich and let cook for 2 minutes before flipping and cooking an additional 2 minutes. Pro tip: to melt cheese, place a tight-fitting lid overtop sandwich once flipped.

  4. Remove Reuben from pan and slice in half.

  5. Repeat with remaining sandwiches, adding a tablespoon of butter each time.

  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
