Rockin’ Cinnamon French Toast

  • Serves 4

INGREDIENTS

  • 8 slices Dave’s Killer Bread Raisin’ The Roof! Breakfast Bread

  • 4 Tbsp. butter

  • 4 pasture-raised eggs

  • ¼ cup whole organic milk

  • ½ tsp. cinnamon

  • 1 cup fresh berries, to garnish

  • ¼ cup maple syrup, warmed, to garnish

Directions:

  1. Melt butter in a large non-stick skillet over medium heat.

  2. Whisk together eggs, milk, and cinnamon in a large bowl. Dip each slice of Breakfast Bread in egg mixture coating both sides.

  3. Add coated bread slices to hot skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until each side is browned and golden. Repeat with remainder of Breakfast Bread.

  4. Serve French toast with berries and warmed maple syrup. Enjoy!
