Sweet and Savory Cinnamon Raisin Breakfast Sandwich

  • Serves 1

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 slices Dave’s Killer Bread Raisin the Roof Breakfast Bread

  • 1 Tbsp. butter

  • 1 egg

  • ¼ tsp. sea salt

  • ¼ tsp. black pepper

  • 2 breakfast sausages, cooked

  • 2 pieces bacon, cooked until crispy

  • 1 cup shredded hash browns, cooked

Directions:

  1. Toast Raisin the Roof Breakfast Bread until desired level of toasty goodness

  2. Add butter to a nonstick skillet over medium heat. Add egg, season with salt and pepper, and fry for 4-6 minutes, or until whites are set, edges are crispy, and yolks are slightly cooked but runny

  3. Assemble breakfast sando: stack toasted Breakfast Bread with cooked hash browns, bacon, breakfast sausage, fried egg, and remaining toasted piece of bread

  4. Eat immediately and enjoy!
