Cheeseburger Slider Cups
INGREDIENTS:
6 Dave’s Killer Bread Burger Buns Done Right
1 Tbsp. avocado oil
1 pound ground beef
¼ cup ketchup, plus more to garnish
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
½ tsp. sea salt
½ tsp. black pepper
1 tsp. mustard powder
¼ cup sliced cheddar cheese
Pickle slices, to garnish
1 green onion, diced, to garnish
1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, to garnish
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350F.
Spray the inside a standard 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray.
Separate 6 buns and carefully stuff into prepared muffin tin.
Cook the ground beef: add avocado oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it into crumbles. Stir in the ketchup, mustard powder, sea salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from the heat.
Spoon 1-2 Tablespoons ground beef mixture into buns. Top each with a few slices of cheddar cheese.
Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until buns are lightly toasted and cheese is melted.
Remove cheeseburger cups from oven and carefully remove from tin. Garnish with toppings of choice: ketchup, mustard, green onions, pickle slices, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
