Cheeseburger Slider Cups

INGREDIENTS:

  • 6 Dave’s Killer Bread Burger Buns Done Right 

  • 1 Tbsp. avocado oil 

  • 1 pound ground beef 

  • ¼ cup ketchup, plus more to garnish 

  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 

  • ½ tsp. sea salt 

  • ½ tsp. black pepper 

  • 1 tsp. mustard powder 

  • ¼ cup sliced cheddar cheese 

  • Pickle slices, to garnish 

  • 1 green onion, diced, to garnish 

  • 1 Tbsp. sesame seeds, to garnish 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350F.  

  2. Spray the inside a standard 12-cup muffin tin with cooking spray. 

  3. Separate 6 buns and carefully stuff into prepared muffin tin. 

  4. Cook the ground beef: add avocado oil to a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef and cook, breaking it into crumbles. Stir in the ketchup, mustard powder, sea salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from the heat. 

  5. Spoon 1-2 Tablespoons ground beef mixture into buns. Top each with a few slices of cheddar cheese. 

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until buns are lightly toasted and cheese is melted.  

  7. Remove cheeseburger cups from oven and carefully remove from tin. Garnish with toppings of choice: ketchup, mustard, green onions, pickle slices, and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
