Cinna Roll Chia Seed Pudding

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 cup whole milk Greek yogurt, plus more to serve  

  • ¾ cup unsweetened almond milk, or another milk of choice 

  • ¼ cup chia seeds 

  • 1 Tbsp. maple syrup, plus more to serve 

  • ½ tsp. cinnamon 

  • 2 cups Dave’s Killer Bread Cinnamon Roll Snack Bites, lightly crushed, to serve 

  • ½ cup raspberries, to serve 

Directions:

  1. Prepare the chia seed pudding: in a large bowl mix together Greek yogurt, milk, chia seeds, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours to thicken. 

  2. When ready to serve: spoon chia seed pudding into bowls or jars and garnish with Cinnamon Roll Snack Bites, raspberries, a dollop of Greek yogurt, and a drizzle of maple syrup. Enjoy!
