Chicken Caesar Salad Roll
INGREDIENTS:
1 head romaine lettuce, washed and torn into pieces
¼ cup melted butter
½ tsp. garlic powder
2 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided
1/3 cup olive oil
2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard
1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1-3 anchovies, chopped (optional)
½ tsp. black pepper
½ tsp. sea salt
2 cups shredded grilled chicken
Directions:
Prepare Caesar dressing recipe: whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic cloves, anchovies, black pepper, sea salt, and ½ cup Parmesan cheese. Set aside.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Combine melted butter and garlic powder in a small bowl and mix to combine.
Split buns and add to baking sheet. Add ¼ cup parmesan cheese to the bottom of each bun. Brush garlic butter to the tops of each bun. Bake for 3-6 minutes, or until cheese is melted and buns are warmed.
Add shredded chicken to the bottom of each bun. Top with Caesar dressing and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Add top bun and enjoy!
