Chicken Caesar Salad Roll

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Dave’s Killer Bread Burger Buns Done Right 

  • 1 head romaine lettuce, washed and torn into pieces 

  • ¼ cup melted butter 

  • ½ tsp. garlic powder 

  • 2 ½ cups grated Parmesan cheese, divided  

  • 1/3 cup olive oil 

  • 2 Tbsp. Dijon mustard 

  • 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce 

  • 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped 

  • 1-3 anchovies, chopped (optional) 

  • ½ tsp. black pepper 

  • ½ tsp. sea salt 

  • 2 cups shredded grilled chicken 

Directions:

  1. Prepare Caesar dressing recipe: whisk together olive oil, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, garlic cloves, anchovies, black pepper, sea salt, and ½ cup Parmesan cheese. Set aside.  

  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.  

  3. Combine melted butter and garlic powder in a small bowl and mix to combine.  

  4. Split buns and add to baking sheet. Add ¼ cup parmesan cheese to the bottom of each bun. Brush garlic butter to the tops of each bun. Bake for 3-6 minutes, or until cheese is melted and buns are warmed. 

  5. Add shredded chicken to the bottom of each bun. Top with Caesar dressing and a sprinkle of parmesan cheese. Add top bun and enjoy!
