Makes 4 servings

INGREDIENTS:

  • 4 Dave's Killer Bread Burger Buns Done Right

  • 3 eggs

  • 3/4 cup milk

  • 1 tsp vanilla

  • 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon

  • pinch of nutmeg

  • 1/2 tbsp butter

  • 4 eggs, scrambled and cooked

  • 8 slices bacon, cooked

  • 4 slices cheddar cheese

  • powdered sugar, maple syrup, and berries to serve

INSTRUCTIONS:

  1. Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg.

  2. Add a bit of butter to a skillet set to medium-high heat and melt. Divide the Dave’s Killer Bread Burger Buns Done Right in half. Dip each bun half into the egg mixture. Allow any excess egg mixture to drip off; then place in the skillet.

  3. Cook for about four to six minutes or until the buns are browned.

  4. While the buns are still warm, assemble the sandwiches starting with a bottom bun. Layer on the scrambled egg, a piece of cheese, and two slices of bacon. Finish with the top bun.

  5. Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with maple syrup. Serve with fresh berries.
