Garlic Cream Cheese Stuffed Mini Bagels

Prep Time - 20 minutes Serves 8 mini stuffed bagels

Ingredients

  • (1) Package Epic Everything Mini Bagels 8 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 1 tbsp heavy cream (optional, makes piping easier)

  • ½ tsp garlic powder Pinch of salt

  • 4 tbsp butter, melted

  • 3 cloves garlic, minced

  • 1 tbsp chopped parsley

  • 2 tbsp grated parmesan

  • ½ tsp garlic powder

  • Optional toppings: Extra parmesan and red pepper flakes

Directions:

Prepare the Mini Bagels

  1. Using a serrated knife:

  2. Make four evenly spaced slits across the top of each mini bagel.

  3. Cut about ¾ of the way down, but do not cut through the bottom. (Note, these slits will create pockets for the cream cheese)

Filling

  1. Mix together Cream cheese, heavy cream, garlic powder, pinch of salt

  2. Transfer to a piping bag or zip top bag with the corner cut off.

  3. Pipe the filling into each slit (Note, you’ll want to slightly overfill so the cream cheese is visible.

Garlic Butter

  1. Mix together Melted butter, minced garlic, parsley, parmesan, garlic powder

  2. Coat the stuffed bagels: Brush the garlic butter mixture generously over the top (Make sure some sauce drips into the slits).

  3. Place on a parchment lined baking sheet

  4. Bake at 350°F for 8-10 minutes until edges are crispy, tops are golden, and cream cheese is soft and melty.

  5. Immediately sprinkle with: Extra parmesan, Parsley. Chili flakes (optional)
