Pizza Bagel Flight
BAGEL PREP FOR ALL RECIPES
Preheat oven to 400°F
Slice mini bagels in half.
Arrange cut-side up on a sheet pan.
Lightly spray with olive oil.
Bake 5 minutes to toast the surface.
This prevents soggy bagels once sauce is added
Mozzarella and Pepperoni Pizza Bagels
Ingredients:
(4) mini bagel halves
(4) tsp pizza sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella (12–16) mini pepperoni slices
Pinch dried oregano
Directions:
Spread 1 tsp pizza sauce on each bagel half
Add 2 tbsp mozzarella per half
Top with 3–4 pepperoni slices
Sprinkle a small pinch of oregano
Bake 7–8 minutes until cheese melts and edges crisp.
BBQ chicken Pizza Bagels
Ingredients:
(4) mini bagel halves
(4) tsp BBQ sauce
½ cup shredded mozzarella or smoked gouda
⅓ cup cooked shredded chicken
(1) tbsp finely chopped cilantro
(1) tbsp finely diced red onion (optional)
Directions:
Spread 1 tsp BBQ sauce on each bagel half
Add cheese.
Top with shredded chicken and a few onion pieces.
Bake 7–9 minutes.
After baking, sprinkle fresh cilantro.
Veggie Pizza Bagels
Ingredients:
(4) mini bagel halves
(4) tsp pizza sauce
½ cup mozzarella
¼ cup diced bell peppers
¼ cup sliced mushrooms
(2) tbsp thinly sliced onion Pinch Italian seasoning
Directions:
Spread sauce on each bagel half
Add mozzarella
Top with peppers, mushrooms, and onion.
Sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
Bake 8–9 minutes until vegetables soften and cheese browns slightly.
Hawaiian Pizza Bagels
Ingredients:
(4) mini bagel halves
(4) tsp pizza sauce
½ cup mozzarella
¼ cup diced ham
¼ cup small pineapple chunks
Pinch of crushed red pepper (optional)
Directions:
Spread 1 tsp sauce on each bagel half
Add mozzarella
Top with ham and pineapple
Bake 7–8 minutes until cheese melts and pineapple lightly caramelizes.
Optional: sprinkle a tiny pinch of red pepper flakes.
