Pepperoni Pizza Pull-Aparts

INGREDIENTS:

  • 1 package Killer Classic Rolls, halved 

  • 1 cup marinara sauce 

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 

  • ¾ cup shredded provolone cheese 

  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, divided 

  • ½ cup pepperoni, sliced 

  • 5 Tbsp. salted butter, melted 

  • 2 tsp. dried basil 

  • 1 tsp. dried oregano 

  • ½ tsp. garlic powder 

  • 1 tsp. dried parsley 

  • 1 pinch red pepper flakes 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 400F and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 

  2. Add bottom halves of sliced rolls to parchment paper lined tray. Spread bottom rolls with marinara and top with mozzarella, provolone, half the parmesan, and pepperoni. Top with top half of rolls. 

  3. To melted butter add dried basil, oregano, garlic powder, parsley, red pepper flakes, and remaining parmesan cheese. Stir to combine. Pour melted butter herb mixture overtop of top rolls. Use a pastry brush to spread butter evenly.  

  4. Cover baking tray with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes, remove foil and bake an additional 15 minutes. Remove from oven and enjoy immediately!
