Epic Everything Chicken Soup
INGREDIENTS:
¼ cup all-purpose flour
½ cup chicken broth
1-pound boneless, skinless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
1 Tbsp. Everything but the Bagel seasoning
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1 Tbsp. salted butter
1 bunch green onions thinly sliced (white parts and green parts separated), plus more to garnish
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
3 ½ cups chicken broth
1 (8-ounce block) full-fat cream cheese at room temperature
2 cups Daves Killer Bread Epic Everything Snack Bites, to garnish
Directions:
Whisk together flour and ½ cup chicken broth and set aside.
Add olive oil to a large Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add chicken pieces and cook 5-8 minutes, or until cooked through and temperature measures 160F internally.
Remove chicken from pot. Add butter and reduce heat to medium. Add white parts of green onion and garlic cloves. Cook for 3 minutes.
Add flour/chicken broth mixture, remaining chicken broth and stir. Add cream cheese and continuously stir until smooth and creamy. Add chicken back into soup.
Serve soup garnished with green parts of green onion and a sprinkle of Epic Everything Snack Bites. Enjoy!
