Summer Berry Bagel Fruit Kababs

Prep Time - 25 minutes Yields 6-8 kabobs

INGREDIENTS

Bagel Cubes

  • 2 Dave’s Killer Bread Summer Berry Bagels

  • 1 tbsp melted butter

  • 1 tsp honey

Fruit

  • 1 cup strawberries, hulled and halved

  • 1 cup green or red grapes

  • ½ cup blueberries

  • ½ cup pineapple chunks

Optional add-ins

  • 4 oz mild cheese (mozzarella pearls or cheddar cubes)

Equipment

  • 8 small skewers or wooden sticks

Bagel Croutons

  1. Preheat oven to 350

  2. Cut bagels into 1 inch cubes

  3. Toss with melted butter and honey

  4. Spread on a baking sheet and bake 8–10 minutes until lightly toasted and slightly crisp

  5. Cool completely

Prepare Fruit

  1. Wash and cut fruit into bite-size pieces so everything fits evenly on the skewers.

Assemble the kabobs

  1. Strawberry

  2. Bagel cube

  3. Grape

  4. Cheese cube (optional)

  5. Pineapple

  6. Blueberry

  7. Bagel cube

  8. Repeat until skewer is full

Optional Finishing Touches

  1. Drizzle with honey

  2. Sprinkle with powdered sugar

  3. Add mint leaves for a garnishment
