Bold Buffalo Chicken Sando
INGREDIENTS:
2 ½ cups shredded chicken
¼ cup buffalo sauce, plus more to serve
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
¼ cup butter, melted
1 tsp. garlic powder
3 sprigs of parsley, stems removed and leaves roughly chopped
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit.
Add chicken to a large bowl and stir in buffalo sauce.
Separate bottom roll from sandwich rolls and add to a small baking dish. Top bottom rolls with buffalo chicken, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Top with tops of rolls.
In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and garlic powder. Use a pastry brush or spoon to brush garlic butter onto top of rolls.
Bake sandwich rolls for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted.
Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.
Serve sandwiches with additional buffalo sauce to dip. Enjoy!
