Bold Buffalo Chicken Sando

INGREDIENTS:

  • 3 Dave’s Killer Bread Sandwich Rolls Done Right 

  • 2 ½ cups shredded chicken 

  • ¼ cup buffalo sauce, plus more to serve 

  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese 

  • ½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese 

  • ¼ cup butter, melted 

  • 1 tsp. garlic powder 

  • 3 sprigs of parsley, stems removed and leaves roughly chopped 

Directions:

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit. 

  2. Add chicken to a large bowl and stir in buffalo sauce. 

  3. Separate bottom roll from sandwich rolls and add to a small baking dish. Top bottom rolls with buffalo chicken, mozzarella cheese, and Parmesan cheese. Top with tops of rolls. 

  4. In a small bowl, mix together melted butter and garlic powder. Use a pastry brush or spoon to brush garlic butter onto top of rolls. 

  5. Bake sandwich rolls for 10-15 minutes, or until cheese is melted. 

  6. Remove from oven and sprinkle with chopped parsley.  

  7. Serve sandwiches with additional buffalo sauce to dip. Enjoy!
