Grilled Peach Perfection Sando

INGREDIENTS:

Directions:

  1. Prepare the peaches. Slice peaches and add to a lightly greased grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill peaches for 3-5 minutes, or until softened. Remove from heat. 

  2. Lightly toast sandwich roll by adding to hot grill pan. Toast 2 minutes. 

  3. Lightly toss arugula with olive oil.

  4. Build sandwich: layer grilled roll with deli turkey, grilled peaches, pepper jack cheese, dressed arugula, and balsamic glaze. 

  5. Enjoy!
