DECADENT DUBAI SLIDERS

Makes: 9–10 mini sliders

INgredients

  • 9–10 Dave's Killer Bread Sandwich Rolls Done Right​

  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter, softened​

  • 1 tbsp granulated sugar​

  • ½ tsp ground cinnamon​

  • 1 cup pistachio cream​

  • 1 cup baked phyllo dough, crumbled into flakes​

  • 2 large chocolate bars, broken into pieces​

  • 12–15 large marshmallows (1–2 per slider)​

Directions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).​

  2. In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Spread the cinnamon butter over the cut sides​

    of the sandwich rolls.​

  3. Place the rolls cut-side up on a baking sheet and toast for 3–5 minutes, or until lightly golden.​

  4. Spread a generous layer of pistachio cream on the bottom half of each toasted roll.​

  5. Top with crumbled phyllo flakes, followed by pieces of chocolate and 1–2 marshmallows perslider.​

  6. Return the sliders to the oven for 3–5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are soft and lightlytoasted and the​ chocolate begins to melt.​

  7. Remove from the oven and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.​

  8. Place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders and serve warm while the chocolate is gooey and the marshmallows​

    are melty.​
