DECADENT DUBAI SLIDERS
Makes: 9–10 mini sliders
INgredients
9–10 Dave's Killer Bread Sandwich Rolls Done Right
8 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
1 tbsp granulated sugar
½ tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup pistachio cream
1 cup baked phyllo dough, crumbled into flakes
2 large chocolate bars, broken into pieces
12–15 large marshmallows (1–2 per slider)
Directions
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a small bowl, combine the softened butter, sugar, and cinnamon. Spread the cinnamon butter over the cut sides
of the sandwich rolls.
Place the rolls cut-side up on a baking sheet and toast for 3–5 minutes, or until lightly golden.
Spread a generous layer of pistachio cream on the bottom half of each toasted roll.
Top with crumbled phyllo flakes, followed by pieces of chocolate and 1–2 marshmallows perslider.
Return the sliders to the oven for 3–5 minutes, or until the marshmallows are soft and lightlytoasted and the chocolate begins to melt.
Remove from the oven and sprinkle with crushed graham crackers.
Place the top halves of the rolls on the sliders and serve warm while the chocolate is gooey and the marshmallows
are melty.
